As we move into the warmer months we want to make sure that all our owners have their holiday homes set and ready to go. Excellent guest reviews are key to maintaining traction, especially in a competitive market, so please let us know if you would like us to arrange any of the following services, on your behalf, to ensure all your guests have a great experience!

If you do not subscribe to our click and forget supply stock up service, please ensure your locked cupboard provides the following;
Toilet paper - allow a minimum of 4 rolls per bathroom per booking
Facial tissues
Hand soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner
Tea, coffee/nespresso pods & a small cartons of long life milk
Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & rinse Aid, laundry suds
Washing up sponges , cloths, scourers, brushes & bin liners
Disinfectant spray and wipe, toilet gel, bug spray
Kitchen Wraps - foil, baking paper and cling wrap
Basic spices - salt, pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs etc
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato and BBQ sauce
BBQ cleaning wipes and equipment & spare BBQ gas bottle
Spare batteries to suit your remotes & spare light bulbs
- accessible to guests.
Insect repellant/mozzie coils and appropriate holders

LINEN CHECKLIST
With the increase is supply of STRA on the Central Coast the laundrettes are under increasing pressure. A such, they have requested the following
if you are providing your own linen
and not subscribing to a linen hire package:
At least 3x sets of WHITE bed linen allowing for turnover
At least 3 x sets of white fluffy bath towels per person
4 x WHITE bathmats and three WHITE hand towels for each bathroom
Small stack of tea towels for the kitchen
Face washers are also recommended but can get marked so at least 4 x per person
All properties must have:
Spare mattress protectors for each bed type
Spare pillow protectors
Comfortable pillows with 4 per double bed
At least 2 sets of doona covers if not triple sheeting

SAFETY:
For the safety of your guests please ensure the following:
If you do not subscribe to our annual smoke alarm service package, please ensure your alarms are INTERCONNECTED SMOKE ALARMS and are checked annually and logged.
EVACUATION DIAGRAMS (checked annually and still in place behind bedroom doors)
EMERGENCY INFORMATION BOOKLET in compendium
First aid kit topped up
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket provided
Emergency lighting with appropriate batteries and spares (LED candles are a good choice we don't encourage candles and matches) this is critical with the upcoming storm season.
Balustrades, decking boards, stairwells and handrails checked for hazards, strength and safety
Gardens and landscaping (non slip pathways and driveways)
Pool compliance and inspections are up to date and valid - over summer we recommend a minimum of a fortnightly service, please increase your service schedule if required
Appropriate heating and cooling (Fans/AC should be supplied in every bedroom - if only AC some spare fans are worth having in case there is an issue with AC units)
