A. Yes, we can provide you with a checklist of household items that are important to holiday guests as well as work with you at the property to have the property ‘guest ready’

We recommend that you do, furthermore we have in place a number of measures to protect you against damage and breakages in your property, including; a comprehensive cleaning report, a bond authorisation process, a property portfolio and inventory report and explicit terms and conditions of booking which clearly explain the rules of holiday letting.
