The safety of our guests, hosts and service staff is a key priority in providing short term holiday accommodation as restrictions are lifted throughout NSW. We have a number of measures in place to keep our guests, communities and staff safe as we welcome back guests to our regional areas. These include;
- Deep cleaning of properties including clean followed by disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, bed rails, tabletops, light switches, blind chords and flush buttons
- Protective equipment worn by cleaners when cleaning
- Contact free check in and out procedures
- Provision of soaps and cleaning/laundry detergents available in all properties
- Communicating with guests on the importance of social distancing while in regional communities and current state and local rules and legislation e.g Our beaches are open for exercise only, cafes for takeaway or specific number of diners
- We encourage guests to shop and fill up for the round trip before heading to the Central Coast to limit contact with others in our community areas
- We also encourage our guests to download the COVID safe app to assist in contact tracing
- All guests and staff are required to inform us if anyone or any relatives or contacts are feeling unwell or has flu like symptoms while staying in house or if they have been in contact with someone who has since been diagnosed with COVID-19
