COVID-19 Update

Once restrictions on unnecessary travel have been lifted we will be putting in place a number of measures to keep our guests, communities and staff safe as we welcome back guests to our regional areas. These include;

1. Deep cleaning of properties including clean followed by disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, bed rails, tabletops, light switches, blind chords and flush buttons
2. Protective equipment worn by cleaners when cleaning
3. Provision of soaps and cleaning/laundry detergents available in all properties
4. Communicating with guests on the importance of social distancing while in regional communities and current state and local rules and legislation e.g Our beaches are open for exercise only, cafes for takeaway only
5. Encouragement to shop in guests local area and fill up for the round trip before heading to the Central Coast to limit contact with others in community areas
6. Contact free check in and out procedures
7. Flexible cancellation policies if impacted by COVID-19 for hosts and guests
8. Guests and staff to inform BRCC if have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been unwell with flu like symptoms
